Engineering Manager - £130 000 - Fully Remote

Payments, Customer Data, Customer support tools, Supplier integrations, and Spending Insights are a few areas requiring constant innovation.

How do they work?

working long before the rest of the market, and they have mature processes in place that ensure relationships trump location.

Why do they need you?

As part of their rapid growth, they have been expanding and continue to expand their engineering teams. They have grown quickly and their remote first hiring policy has ensured they have been able to hire large numbers of mid-level and senior engineers they

have been able to promote from within to create several new squad leads who will manage teams of between 4-6 people, but they have a few open positions for people with experience of managing other managers. If you have 2 or more squad leads reporting to you in your current role, then you have the sort of experience required.
